Super grade edible bovine gelatine is a light coloured instant edible beef skin (type B) gelatine powder; soluble in hot water to form a clear solution with a characteristic bouillon like taste and odour. The 190 bloom and 20 mesh characteristics has been designed to suit specific applications. This product is Halal certified. Gelatine is a gelling agent for numerous applications where foodstuff applications are the best-known examples; but not the only uses.
